Dr. Melanie Pudles is President & CEO of Energy Choice California, helping energy providers provide best-in-class customer service as they support the power needs of their local communities. Melanie comes from the healthcare industry, having received her medical degree from the Medical College of Pennsylvania in 1989. After 29 successful years of practicing medicine, her entrepreneurial spirit then led her to an investment opportunity in the energy industry. Now, she oversees the operational and client service efficiency of all Energy Choice California locations, working closely with operations and client services divisions to ensure service levels are met.
Jennis Narayan
Jennis Narayan is the Director Operations of Energy Choice California, responsible for ensuring profitability, productivity, efficient operations, and successful achievement of corporate goals and objectives. Jennis has over 15+ years of experience in customer service and has successfully managed a dedicated customer support call center in Fiji as well as managed Business Process Outsourcing relationships in her previous roles out of India, Jamaica and the Philippines. Results driven, Jennis looks forward to working each day to lead and guide her team in achieving outstanding results in the energy sector.
Linda Herner
Linda Herner is the Senior Client Solutions Manager of Energy Choice California, working very closely with its clients to not only provide White Glove Customer Service, but ensure all operational and business objectives are met. Linda has an extensive contact center background, with more than 19 years’ experience in managing client relationships in the business-to-business sales, packaged goods, and durable goods industries. Now, Linda is managing client relationships within the energy industry.
